Orders

Ephemere Parfum undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are notified. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.

Delivery

Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Ephemere Parfum cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

  • All orders are subject to authorization prior to checking-out processing. 
  • All orders are shipped Standard Rate Shipping or Express Shipping (EMS) depending on your choice of delivery method and address of delivery.
  • Shipping is calculated at the check-out. For orders above threshold policy, please email us at contact@ephemereparfum.com for assistance. 
  • All orders in Thailand are offered with Express Shipping (EMS) with additional charge or shipping service via Flash express or Registered Thailand Post with free of charge.
  • Orders shipment will be carried out Monday to Friday (Business day). All order completed during weekend will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping is available for destinations where alcohol-based product is allowed to be delivered only. Otherwise please email us at contact@ephemereparfum.com for assistance.

The shipping costs are not included in the price or state otherwise. These will be automatically shipped by the local postal services. 

The prices may be modified at any time. However, Ephemere Parfum applies the price list in force shown on its Internet site at the time of ordering.

Orders are payable in THB (Thailand) with no exception.

Display price and final check out price may vary according to where you decide to ship your cart. Destination choice will impact shipping origin to accommodate for shipping regulations of alcohol based goods such as perfumes and to minimize shipping costs depend on destination’s custom authority. It will also impact currency and sales tax calculations, which might be waived in some instances.

**Please note that at the moment, we currently do not provide international shipping from checking-out from this website due to COVID-19 restriction. All international order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if the order is made before contacting us via email mentioned above.

Please be advised that Ephemere Parfum cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays for all non-tracked deliveries but we will give our full effort in order to locate and delivery them to you.

Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled. For specific delivery lead times, please contact your request carrier before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified. 

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.

Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/building/street number/phone number, and the company name if applicable. 

DELIVERY OF PERFUME ORDERS

Due to strict international transport regulations (IATA), we are not allowed to ship items containing alcohol (hence perfumes) to some countries. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All creations are final sale. Because all Ephemere Parfum creations are hand-prepared to order, we do not accept exchanges unless the product is unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in its original package. The item will be replaced at Ephemere Parfum’s cost (including shipping) should there be quality problems, etc. (We do not except return).

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
