📦 SHIPPING
Order Processing
Ephemere Parfum processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and authorization. If a product is out of stock (temporarily or permanently), we will notify you via email. You may choose to modify or cancel your order. Cancellations due to unavailability will be fully refunded. By confirming your order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Delivery Options & Times
Domestic (Thailand):
- EMS Express Shipping (additional charge)
- Free shipping via Flash Express or Registered Thailand Post
International Orders:
- Shipping options (Standard or Express) and rates are calculated at checkout
- Orders must be placed in USD
- Orders in other currencies or without prior contact will be canceled automatically
Shipping times vary by destination. Ephemere Parfum is not liable for delivery delays and cannot provide compensation or cancellation based on delays.
Due to international regulations (IATA), alcohol-based products (e.g., perfume) cannot be shipped to certain countries. If uncertain, contact us prior to ordering at:

Shipping cannot be redirected or altered after your order is placed. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, building, street number, and contact phone number.
Tracked packages that are undeliverable due to customer absence may incur redelivery fees or be canceled.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed non-tracked shipments, but we will do our best to assist in locating them.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchases are considered final sale due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Exchanges may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Seal is unbroken and item is in resalable condition
- Exchange is requested due to a verified product defect or quality issue
In such cases, Ephemere Parfum will cover replacement and return shipping costs.
(We do not accept returns for any reason.)
